Yes, if you book in advance we can deliver your bike directly to your accommodation or the starting point of your tour.

We do not require a deposit for city bike rentals. For other types of bike hire we require a 500 euros guarantee from your credit card.

In order to prevent bike theft, we always provide a high security lock. In case of theft of the bike during use by the customer, the customer assumes the obligation to compensate 70% of the value of the bike evaluated according to the price list of Garda Bike Hub srl.

The bikes are insured with RC policy, which provides coverage for damages to the driver and third parties in case of accident due to breakage or structural failure of the bike or its components.

Yes, we have different rates for monthly rentals.

Yes, we provide a map showing the Peschiera – Mantova, Peschiera – Desenzano, Peschiera – Bardolino and Mantua cycle routes.

In the event of an emergency, our staff will intervene with the minivan directly on the spot to repair or replace the bike.

All our bikes are equipped with 500 Wh or 625 Wh batteries that guarantee a minimum range of 80 km. If you want to undertake a MTB tour with a high altitude difference, our staff will be able to advise you on the most suitable bike.

When you pick up your bike we will provide you with a map of the route and an anti-theft chain. All city bikes are equipped with a basket and puncture-proof tyres. A third-party liability (RC) policy is also included.

You must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for the child and gives consent by signing our contract.

You can return the bike to another Garda Bike rent point free of charge, but to return it to other places, the customer must inform the hirer when the bike is handed over.

We recommend sporty or comfortable clothing for the expected weather conditions.

When renting a bicycle, you will need an identity document and a credit card as a guarantee. Please note that if you use a credit card, the security deposit will not be immediately available at the end of the rental period, as the banking circuits take a few days to release the amounts.

In the event of bad weather, you will be given a voucher that you can use at a later date.
