Some useful information
- You can book online up to 24 hours before pickup.

- For bike delivery to the hotel, enter the address in the reservation, we will bring it!
- Deliveries to the hotel are made between 8:00am and 9:00am, pickup from 6:00pm
- In case of bad weather and rain: you will have the opportunity to change the date of the ride or receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
- Cancellation up to 72h before collecting the bike: you can request a refund of the rental fee paid with a charge of €5 (administrative practice fee).
- Cancellation up to 48h before bike pickup: you will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee paid.
- Cancellation after this deadline: no refund applicable.
